Objective

The main objective of our project is to create a resource-based learning organizers to support a simulator-based learning environment for the learning of the operation of steam system on board LNG carriers. These ships use LNG gas to operate their boiler system, which in turn operates the propulsion system of the ship. This could be done by using a knowledge based software call the CmapTools. The software could be used to create learning objects which will provide the a thorough insight of the information and knowledge through browsing, making it more accessible and clear. The final product would be used for evaluation during the conversion course for diesel to steam engineers at management level.
